The piece that sparked a new journey!  I never imagined this simple idea to occupy myself at the beach would overcome me. I look back at it and see how crude it is but at the time it was already a feat.  It is true if we take baby steps that are manageable at the time, eventually they will add up to giant steps and someday we wake up in a different place more akin to who we are.
